Protection for Hoses

Safe-Spirals, plastic hose protectors, protect hydraulic and pneumatic hoses from deterioration, shocks and abrasion. They improve the visibility of hoses, thus preventing dangerous situations. The protective spirals are easy to install either before or after hose installation.

Safe-Spirals are manufactured by direct compression of the raw material. Due to the manufacturing method the product has a more durable construction and rounded edges which do not damage the hoses.

Yellow spirals make hoses more visible and prevent possible accidents beforehand.
These protective spirals are easy to install either before or after hose installation and offer an economical and qualitative choice for hose protection.

Gentle Safe-Spirals are manufactured by direct compression (extrusion) of the raw material HDPE.
Due to the manufacturing method the product has a more durable construction and rounded edges which do not cause damage to hoses.

Gentle Safe-Spirals:

 

– are resistant to acids, oils and solvents
– are flexible
– are UV-protected
– include antistatic additive to reject dust and dirt
– have operative at temperature range from -50°C up to +80°C (continuous) / 100°C (short time)
– are recyclable

Lengths
In coils: see table below

Pre-cut lengths up to 6 meters according to order. Pre-cut Safe-Spirals (diameters 75mm – 140mm) are equipped with a hole to join several protectors together in order to achieve the desired length or to fix the protector at its location.

Spirals open during storing and transportation but will return to the original shape once installed. Rolls do not have a hole at the ends.
